As the world’s use of technology and its associated energy consumption and CO2 emissions continue to rise, it is important to design and implement environmental policies. Interlink Software Services Ltd take responsibility for any environmental impact arising from our operations.
Our environmental footprint reduction strategy includes:
Thinking Green
We are committed to reducing our energy consumption wherever possible. We make environmentally responsible choices with our management of energy, waste and water and associated suppliers. We participate in Cycle scheme https://www.cyclescheme.co.uk/ to encourage staff to take up cycling to work rather than driving. For staff who choose to drive to work, we operate a car-sharing pool.
Encouraging technology-driven efficiency
To further reduce our CO2 emissions, we actively manage our resource use and employ tools and techniques such as remote teleworking and web conferencing to avoid the unnecessary road, rail and air travel by our staff.
Accountability
We are further driving accountability for our environmental commitments by voluntarily setting policies to measure, manage and reduce CO2 emissions from our operations. In 2025 Interlink Software Services Ltd. intends to produce a CO2 emissions baseline and subsequently track and reduce CO2 emissions.
